Zack Ganzell put a time cost on the crane file package
Zack Ganzell submitted the crane file compilation task through Automation Scout with the minutes attached. That is what let it be ranked honestly.
Keenan ChiassonAUG 11, 2026Zack Ganzell in equipment sales sent in a brief on compiling crane files, pulling service and inspection documents from multiple places into a package a customer can actually use.
The brief arrived with the numbers on it. A round takes 20 to 30 minutes. Reps run multiple rounds a day. That put a real cost on the table before anyone asked, which is exactly what lets a submission be prioritized honestly against everything else in the queue.
The build itself is sequenced in the backlog, and we will not pretend otherwise. In the meantime an interim fix is in motion: a shared Egnyte folder structure for the files, owned by Zack, so the manual version gets easier while the automated one waits its turn.
